Hollow Village Problems in Rural Areas Under the Perspective of the Balanced Development

  • In the present situation, the hollow village of our country itself is a concentrated expression faced by a developing country in the process of industrialization and urbanization development in the countryside, and it is dynamic and long lasting. With the concept of sustainable development for a long time, and using the low level trap theory and Coase theorem from the perspectives of the balanced development, this paper does search into the hollow village problem, which provides a new way of thinking on the solution of the contradiction between human and land, environmental pollution, social contradiction. To speed up the practice of land circulation of hollow village, to define the property rights of the hollow village public resources, and to improve the quality of public goods is of great significance for that hollow village gets solider.
