The Performance Evaluation and Countermeasure of Poverty Alleviation in Gansu Province

Precise poverty alleviation is inevitable for the poverty alleviation in the new stage.This article analyzes precise poverty alleviation of Gansu province and makes the performance evaluation, from the three dimensions of poverty reduction, economic benefits and social benefits. The results show that: Overall performance is good for poverty alleviation in Gansu province, but the poverty alleviation task is still several, and the gap between urban and rural residents has expanded, and some farmers can not enjoy the benefits of poverty alleviation policies. By further analyzing the reason that the performance is not ideal for poverty alleviation, it puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions: forming poverty diversification pattern, perfecting target recognition mechanism, implementing poverty alleviation and allocating resources rationally, establishing a monitoring mechanism for poverty alleviation performance.
