The Predicament and Countermeasures of the Academic Papers Publishment of Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities Teachers:A Theory of Expectation

  • Academic thesis is a necessary and important condition of declaring professional title for professionals. Too much emphasis on papers of current title appraisal system caused chaos of paper publishing, which led to frustration of title appraisal of the teachers in higher vocational colleges because of the low platform, this phenomenon strike a serious blow on the work enthusiasm. Therefore, it is very important to sum up experience and lessons as soon as possible, to perfect the social environment of academic papers' publishment and title appraisal of higher vocational college teachers. Based on the current system, this paper expounds the current situation, expecting through the expectation principle analysis to analyze the dilemma of academic papers' publishment, meanwhile, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of higher vocational college teachers' academic papers publishment, combing team construction and personnel training.
