The Farmland Authentic Right and Transfer Management Accelerating the Chinese Agricultural Insurance Level: A Case of Pilot Province from 2009 to 2014

With the development of farmland authentic right policy, the transfer of farmland management right and the agricultural scale management has made great progress. It not only changes the current situation of small scale decentralized management of farmland in the past, but also increases the risk of agricultural management of the new agricultural business entities. It means there are new requirements and opportunities for the development of Chinese agricultural insurance. Based on the data of pilot province of farmland authentic riget from 2009 to 2014, especially the Shandong, Anhui and Sichuan provinces' data, the analysis shows that farmland authentic right has a role in promoting the right of farmland transfer management, and it also can promote the development of agricultural insurance in China.
