The Concept and Practice of the New Format Change of Agriculture Characteristic Small Town

Characteristics small town of agricultural is not only the one of the important path of transformation and upgrading of the industry, but also significant action of agricultural supply side structural reform under the new normal. The article tries to put forward the concept of characteristic small town of agricultural through the literature research, on the basis, this paper thinks the development possibility from the perspective of new format change, and then, it highlights we should construct the characteristics of regional agricultural resources, promote agricultural transformation upgrade, protect and exploit agricultural culture, perfect living condition, at last, it put forward to build characteristic small town of agriculture, from the perspective of construction principle, the path, and the step.
