The Research on the Full-time Teachers' Incentive Mechanism in Shandong Private Colleges

  • Based on previous scholars on the study of the theory of the private college teachers incentive mechanism,combining with the analysis of current situation of private college teachers incentive mechanism in Shandong province,this paper summarizes the influence of the private college teachers incentive mechanism in Shandong province,and discusses how to establish new mode suitable incentive mechanism for our province private college teachers,to design a set of scientific,effective and perfect incentive mechanism of human nature,to attract and stable private colleges teachers in our province, these measures can raise the overall performance, promote the development of private colleges teachers quality and level,and it is helpful for improving economic and social benefits.
