Research on Agricultural Production Efficiency Based on DEA Model in Yunnan Province

Based on three-stage DEA model, this paper researches on agricultural production efficiency of Yunnan in 2014. When we get rid of environment variables and random variables, the agricultural production efficiency of each state in Yunnan province changes a lot, compared with the first stage DEA analysis. It shows that there is still improvement room for agricultural production efficiency;the improvement of technical efficiency of Kunming, Yuxi, Baoshan, Lijiang, Honghe, Dehong and Diqing is due to the improvement of management level;technical efficiency of Kunming, Baoshan, Pu'er, Honghe and Dali is not on production frontier due to the non DEA efficiency of scale efficiency;technical efficiency of Zhaotong, Chuxiong, Wenshan, Dehong is not on production frontier due to the non DEA efficiency of pure technical efficiency.
