Research on the Institutions and Mechanisms for Supervising and Managing of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Higher Education

Sino-foreign cooperation higher education is the third road of higher education in China, which is also one ofthe three carriages of the Chinese higher education from massification to popularization. Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an important form of sino-foreign cooperation in higher education, also is an important part of higher education in China. The past ten years has seen significant advances and new explorations in Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education after reforming and opening up, but which has many issues. Research and construct the institutions as well as mechanisms for supervising, managing to promote green development of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education.
