Research on Professional and Employment Warning Mechanism Construction in Yunnan Colleges and Universities Based on Industrial Restructuring Perspective

This paper combines actual situation of industrial restructuring and major setup of colleges and universities in Yunnan province, then analyzes industry structure and students current employment status. Through research, it finds industry structure and professional employment of college and university is mismatch in Yunnan province. Meanwhile, it emphasizes it is necessity to puts forward countermeasures of constructing professional and employment warning mechanism in Yunnan province so as to provide effective decision.
