The Impact Analysis of Marco Factorson the Financing Ability of Listed Companies in Yunnan

Macro factors include the degree of marketization, government intervention, the rule of law environment and so on. This paper focuses on macro factor how to affect the financing ability of listed companies in underdeveloped regional. Based on the study of relevant theories and methods both at home and abroad,by selecting financial data of 30 listed companies in yunnan province, this paper uses panel data regression method to analyze the financing ability changes with macro factors. Lastly, it puts forward some suggestions to promote the financing ability of companies.
