Fit Theory about the Demand of Self-employed and Existing Policies to College Graduates: Taking Fujian Province as an Example

This paper does the reach and analysis for the fit theory about the college graduates' demand of self-employed and existing policies. And it finds that there are dislocation phenomenons, including there are some problems existing in transmission mechanism of entrepreneurship policy, the venture policy is hard to realize and it is lack of systematicness. Therefore, some suggestions are put to help undergraduates venture success and promote social and economic development. That is to build a transmission mechanism of entrepreneurship policy through interactive and multiple channels, make the entrepreneurship policy more better in details, and make advise for well realizing.
