Study on the Urbanization Willingness of Agricultural Transfer Population from the Perspective of New Urbanization

The orderly transfer of agricultural population urbanization is the inevitable requirement of deepening the reform, but also an important driving force for new urbanization. Previous researches on the urbanization of agricultural transfer population are always from the aspects of system design. As a result, scholars lack consideration of the psychological and cognitive factors of the agricultural transfer. Therefore, based on the theory of planned behavior, the structural equation model was constructed, and the influence of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, and the behavior of the past on the willingness of agricultural transfer population was analyzed. On this basis, the study further introduces the factors of trust, and analyzes its influence on the willingness of the agricultural transfer population urbanization. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, past behavior has a significant positive effect on the urbanization willingness of agricultural transfer population; (2) trust by attitude and subjective norm indirectly affect the urbanization willingness of the transfer of agricultural population.
