  • Yunnan universities can develop international cooperation in education science and technology,and promote the regional economy development using the advantages of favorable policies of national the belt and road strategy;the cooperation between Yunnan universities and South-East Asia Countries can adopt the mode of University-enterprise and University-medium-enterprise;An intermediary may be government,intermediary organizations,enterprises or universities,they can realize the effective cooperation with mutual benefit.
