Reflections on the Construction of College Students' Employment Quality for Evaluation Index

Based on the analysis of evaluation index system of college student's employment quality created by domestic and foreign scholars, this paper defines the connotation of college student's employment quality according to the national conditions and the characteristic of college student's employment. Based on relevant factors influencing college student's employment quality, this paper confirms 3 principles for evaluation system construction and sets evaluation index of college student's employment quality from two aspects, including schools assessment and individual assessment, and then, it researches and explains data sources and specific computing method about each indexes so as to offer some references for college talent cultivation and evaluation of college student's employment quality.
