Research on Influencing Factor of Cross Functional Coordination in the Research and Development Teams of Yunnan Characteristic Industry

Qualitative investigation and expert interview as the research method have been applied and features of the research and development teams of Yunnan characteristic industry have been involved, in this paper. Through project phases-corporation matrix, internal and external cross-functional coordination process of research and development teams of each stage in the process of new product research and development has been analyzed, three main influencing factors, including communication, knowledge sharing and cooperation degree have been proposed. On this basis, the effective methods of cross functional coordination in the research and development teams of Yunnan characteristic industry can be explored.
