A Research on the Refine Management Implementing in College Logistics

First-class universities need first-class logistics, logistics needs first-class logistics management. Fine management as a means of advanced management, has been in practice presents excellent management performance. Based on the reality of the bottleneck faced by the college logistics reform and development, this paper makes the necessity and feasibility analysis for the introduction of fine management, and puts forward four aspects to construct the elaborating management strategy from consciousness, system, operation and culture and so on, in order to realize a qualitative leap in the logistics management of colleges and universities.
