The Study on Cultivation Model of Tutor-group Construction under Postgraduate Education Reform

  • With the development of China's economic and social requirements, as well as the expansion of the postgraduate students, the supervisor system training mode has a certain degree of germination. Studies have shown that postgraduate system training mode is advantageous to make full use of various education resources, scientifically and reasonably, so as to improve the quality of graduate education; and it can also speed up the reform in graduate student education mechanism. To speed up the construction of supervisor system training mode may proceed from the aspect of school teacher training mode, external joint teacher training mode and the university-enterprise cooperation mentor group training mode, etc.
