Agricultural College Students' Time Management: Correlations with Academic Self-efficacy

  • This research surveyed 1 873 agricultural college students with two well-established instruments: the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Inventory and Academic Self-efficacy Questionnaire. The result indicates that time management disposition is positively correlated with academic self-efficacy. Furthermore, satisfaction toward their study is also positively correlated with time management disposition and academic self-efficacy. The logistic analysis finds that higher the time management, higher academic self-efficacy. Time management and academic self-efficacy are independently correlated with satisfaction toward study. Finally, this study tests the above correlations with student statuses (from freshman to senior), gender, majors, and place of birth differences.
