A Study on the Demand of High-Star Traders Hotel Room Sleep Service

With the development of the times, people pay more attention to health, sleep problems closely related to the health of people are paid more and more attention. Meanwhile, with the continuous improvement and development of the business hotel, it also needs to provide the corresponding sleep service adapting to the mainstream of the times. How to improve the quality and level of the hotel's sleep service is worthy of thinking seriously. Starting from the guests' satisfaction and expectation for the hotel's existing sleep services, as well as the views of hotel staffs, this paper provides some references for the business hotel to enhance the quality and level of sleep services from the aspects of linen, sounds, colors, environment, etc.
