The Exploration on Rice Ceremony of the Small-Population Minorities in Yunnan Province

  • Rice ceremony is used for rice to fertility rituals. As a result of the influence of geographical and cultural factors, the performance form more or less will be in common. Compared with other ethnic minorities, the Achang, the Bulang, the Deang, the Dulong, the Jino, the Jingpo, the Nu and the Pumi, because of these nationalities sparse population, limited influence, their rice ceremony inheritance has been under the impact of the age, and the situation is not optimistic. However, if we depend on their relatively closed environment and unique culture, the inheritance and protection of the national rice ceremony can be effective.
