The Analysis of Poll Survey on the Policy Factors Affecting the Extending Retirement Age

Aiming at the hot discussing social problem about retirement age, this paper, based on the residents' personal perspective, discusses the influence factors about whether prolong the retirement age. The research's result shows that personal income, love for job, the anticipation and expectations on retirement life, all of these have a significant influence in prolonging the retirement age policy. On one hand, prolonging the retirement age can make good use of human resources, alleviate the pressure of social security and realize the value of a person's life. On the other hand, prolonging the retirement age would increase social employment pressure, influence the renew of the human pressure. The effective implementation of the policy should follow the principle of differentiation,and advance step by step, promote gender equality, perfect social security system.
