South Asia and Southeast Asia Languages Talent Cultivation in Yunnan Province' Universities: Bottleneck and Breakthrough

In recent years, Yunnan province's universities have a great achievements in talent cultivation of South Asia and southeast Asia languages, but there are some problems, reflecting the shortage of teachers and poor quality of talent cultivation. The deep reason is, firstly, there are many obstacles in South Asia and southeast Asia languages talents cultivation mechanism. Secondly, there are many teachers having less experience in teaching and lacking training. In the future, we should adopt professional + small language personnel training mode and other methods to promote South Asia and Southeast Asia languages talents training work in our province's university.
