The Pension Research of the Rural Lost Alone:Based on Three Prefecture-Level Cities of Zhejiang

This paper mainly in the form of field research and interview, adopts multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method to select the rural lost alone in Hangzhou, Jinhua and Wenzhou. The result claims that the pension of the rural lost alone in Hangzhou is based on state-run nursing homes, their basic lives and medical services can be satisfied. The pension methods chosen by the rural lost alone in Jinhua and Wenzhou are based on home-based care and family security, their mental condition is superior to the rural lost alone of Hangzhou, but their lives and medical health lack guarantee. Aimed at the practical problems faced to the lost alone, it can be improved in government subsidies, medical system, social assistance, etc.
