The Empirical Analysis of Capital Usage Efficiency of Financial Support in Agriculture

Special consideration in agriculture itself and the instability of production make the fiscal policy support essential. At present, due to the unreasonable financial funds for supporting agriculture management, complex projects, and many other reasons, the service efficiency of funds is not high. At first, this paper takes advantage of EVIEWS econometric tools and related theory of agricultural technology economics, selects relevant data and index to conduct empirical analysis of capital usage efficiency of financial support in agriculture. By that, studying the connection between the utility and integration about the funds for supporting agriculture, and coming up with building the system that using projects as the index to integrate, and further to provide reference for the funds for supporting agriculture integration.
