  • Examination paper analysis can reflects students grasping knowledge.At same time, it is the reflecting form of educational and teaching achievements.And it is helpful that teachers and students find out problems and weak points in the teaching process.In this paper, the paper degree of difficulty, discrimination and reliability were analyzed, and professional basic course teaching situation was discussed in all papers ofagricultural microbiologyabout 2008-2013 four-year specialty both plant protection and plant quarantine of plant protection college in Yunnan agricultural university.This can help to improve teaching methods in future and adapt to teaching of professional basic course in higher education, at present.
