Current Situation and Countermeasures of Commercial Bribery in the Market of China's Dairy Industry

Commercial bribery, which severely undermines the basic rules and order of the market economy, has great harm on the development of the system of socialist market economy. China's dairy market is in a transition period of development and commercial bribery is very common. This paper outlines the basic structure of the dairy market in China and the situation of market order, analyzes the forms and characteristics of commercial bribery, and finally puts forward the countermeasures from three dimensions, legislation, law enforcement and the construction of the integrity system.
