Governance and Farmers Cooperative Village Council:An Case Analysis Based on Gannan Model

  • In the early stage of China's socialist new rural construction, farmers cooperative village council is the core of the Gannan mode by all concerned. In the process of deepening China's rapid market and new rural construction, organizational cohesion weakening, representativeness and fuzzy division of responsibilities restrict its sustainable development. Through the innovation of its own management, optimization of the organizational structure of the council, benign interaction with the council, the local basic-level government promotes the institutional transition, and actively explores a embedded in local knowledge in the social organization and management reform.
