The Citizenization of Migrant Workers:Theoretical Analysis, Realistic Predicament and Rational Choice

Firstly, this article explores citizenization of migrant workers in the view of theoretical analysis. Secondly, it shows the embarrassing situation of migrant workers and their realistic difficulties. It holds that the key to solve the problems is that the government do a good job in social bottom work, which refers to establish and perfect the social security system. On this basis, it puts forward to manage the social account as a whole, step by step; strengthen the legislation and its execution efficiency; improve the credibility of the social security system. Only in this way, it can promote the process of urbanization in China.
