Collaborative Policy between Environment and Economy during the Construction of New Socialist Countryside of Western China

Seeking collaborative policy between environment and economy, which is the realistic problem of new socialist countryside of western China. Based on the theory of environmental economics and synergetics, combined with the actual situation of new countryside construction, this paper presents the collaborative policy between environment and economy of the new rural construction in the western region:Taking environmental priority as the target, comprehensive applying command-controlled, economy-incentive and encourage-voluntary means, transiting from lower stage to higher stage, and continuously evoluting from lace demonstration to comprehensively promoting, in order to build economic prosperity and environmental friendly countryside.
