Present Situation and Countermeasures for the Socialized Property Management in Colleges and Universities of Yunnan

Property management has gradually become the important field of colleges and universities management and logistics service. This paper systematically summarized the present situation of property management in colleges and universities of Yunnan from service scope, management system, service team, funding sources and other aspects. Under the summary, the main problems such as management modes backwardness, lack of specialists, collaboration and communication lag, single source of funding that existing in property management in colleges and universities of Yunnan were clearly pointed out. In view of the present situation and problems, countermeasures and suggestions to promote property management in colleges and universities of Yunnan were further put forward, so as to provide reference for the reform and development of property management in colleges and universities of Yunnan.
