  • By deeply studying the endowment model, this article combs six aspects, including family endowment's concept and residential forms, community endowment's service and residential forms, institution endowment's service and residential forms, rise of mutual endowment, the advantages of developing tourism endowment and the disadvantages of developing housing endowment, and analyzes the existing problems in endowment, as well as, proposes corresponding solutions and suggestions.
