A Research of the Incentive System on Building a Learning Party in Frontier Minority Areas

On the construction of Marxist theory of learning party, it is the basic works to build a learning party. Since it's more difficult on maintaining harmonious and stable, promoting economic and social development in the frontier minority area, it's very urgent for the Party Organizations at all levels and the Party Members to learn to gain wisdom and promote learning. Focus on the sustainability and long-term of guarantee a learning party organization construction, this article explains the connotation of incentive system and discusses the significance and principle of establishing incentive system by using the knowledge of management science, behavioral science and psychology. Combining the reality of a learning party organization construction in frontier minority regions, it puts forward five kind of incentive mode such as model demonstration, personnel direction, mental substance, punishment commandments, and activities.
