Skill Inheritors Training and Knowledge Property Rights Protection Under the Perspective of Intangible: A Case of Yunnan Province

  • Intangible cultural heritage is valuable property left by human for over one thousand years, and national craft inheritors are the transmitters. However, intellectual property was born in the industrial age, its characteristic is the property privatization. Tradition and privatization forms the conflicts between inheritors and intellectual property rights in the course of national craft heritage. Minority intangible cultural heritage is the witness of national historical development, as well as the precious state spiritual wealth, inheritors master and bear the knowledge and traditional craft, they should be protected, which is significant.
