Research on the Cultivation of New Farmers’ Digital Literacy from the Perspective of Digital Village Construction

  • Digital countryside is not only the strategic direction of rural revitalization, but also the inevitable choice to realize agricultural and rural modernization. The construction of digital countryside is inseparable from the revitalization of digital talents, the new farmers as the leaders of the income generation of agricultural management subjects, and the farmers who stimulate the elements of rural resources. The cultivation of digital literacy is the endogenous driving force for empowering agriculture and rural modernization, and it is also the realistic requirement for the high-quality development of new farmers. This paper expounded the “triple connotation” and digital literacy and ability of new farmers under the construction of digital countryside, and expounded the practical significance of cultivating new farmers’ digital literacy in promoting agricultural and rural modernization, strengthening the talent support of digital countryside construction and releasing the vitality of new farmers. This paper summarized the “tripartite responsibility” and the measures to promote the cultivation of new farmers’ digital literacy, and explored the development path of new farmers’ digital literacy cultivation.
