Meta-analysis of Household Income Source, Education Level and Homestead Transfer Intention

In this paper, the meta-analysis statistical method was used to systematically sort out and analyze the existing literature, and 11922 survey samples of 30 empirical studies were re-analyzed, and a more detailed and precise conclusion was obtained: household income source and education level of the household head had a significant positive and weak correlation with the transfer of residential land. The two contextual factors of different economic regions and data source years all have a certain moderating effect on the above relationship. The moderating effects of different economic regions on household income source, education level, and, homestead transfer intentions are significant. The positive effects of household income source and homestead transfer intention in the central region are stronger than those in the eastern region. The more economically developed the area, the stronger the positive effect of the farmer’ s education level on the homestead transfer intention. The year of the data source has a significant moderating effect on household income sources and homestead transfer intention. After 2013, the year of the data source has a stronger positive effect on household income sources and homestead transfer intention. The year of the data source has no significant moderating effect on the education level and homestead transfer intention of farmers, and the year of the data source has a stronger positive effect on the source of household income and homestead transfer intention after 2013.
