  • The benefits from We-chat consulting service in library improve the quality and efficiency of rural cultural service. This paper proposed that the development of We-chat consulting service in library, to rural children and rural elderly, needed to construct strategies based on four stages of SECI model, including socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. Also, this paper provided the method to solve the problems of digital wisdom library.
