Abstract
As an important part of the “five batches” of targeted poverty alleviation projects determined by the central government, the relocation of poverty-stricken areas is the “No. 1 project” to win the battle against poverty. Based on the research on the community governance of the relocation of poverty alleviation in Jing’ an New Area of Zhaotong City of Yunnan Province, this paper analyzes the problems in the process of community governance, such as the imperfect community governance system, the obvious internal conflicts of the relocated people and the resistance of the relocated people to spending more than life. Based on these problems, this paper summarizes all aspects of experience and practices, and puts forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions to provide specific countermeasures and theoretical basis for the governance of resettlement communities in inhospitable places.
