“以生为本”的“能力导向”型全程精准导师制模式构建以英语类专业为例

Construction of Student-Centered and Competency-Based Academic Tutorial System: Taking English Major as an Example

  • 摘要: “以生为本”与“能力导向”深度融合的英语类专业全程精准导师制模式构建了“一核心两重心三创新”的模式,即围绕“学生”为主体进行核心设计,重“语言能力”和“思维能力”提升,在“指导内容,指导模式,评价机制”三方面做出了创新改革。该模式对促进英语类专业人才培养质量的提升具有重要作用和现实意义。

     

    Abstract: Student-Centered and Competency-Based Academic Tutorial System constructs a brand-new pattern focusing on “one core, two keys and three innovations” . Putting students in the center of the tutorial process, instructors pay more attention to the improvement of students’ language and thinking ability, while innovating the content, the model, and evaluation mechanism of academic tutorial system. Student-Centered and Competency-Based Academic Tutorial System plays a very important role and with significance in cultivation of talents in the field of English language and literature.
