乡村振兴视角下江苏省新能源技术创新提升影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of New Energy Technology Innovation Promotion in Jiangsu Province from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

  • 摘要: 乡村振兴战略要求在农村新能源供给结构上进一步优化提升,也要求其技术上的创新提升。因此,在研究农村新能源和其技术提升的意义之后,从江苏省农村新能源技术创新现状入手,研究其发展现状。接着在总结文献综述与问卷调查的基础之上,确立影响技术创新能力的两个维度的八个影响因素,建立江苏省农村新能源技术创新的评估模型。再运用DEMATEL方法进一步研究影响因素之间的相互关系,并找到关键因素为政府干预、人才技术和创新投入,从而提出政府要发挥干预作用、企业自身加大人才技术投入和注重新能源产学研的发展三大提升策略,助力乡村振兴。

     

    Abstract: The rural revitalization strategy requires further optimization and improvement of rural new energy supply structure, which also requires the improvement of its technological innovation. Therefore, after studying the significance of rural new energy and its technological upgrading, the development status of rural new energy technology innovation in Jiangsu province is studied. Then on the basis of literature review and questionnaire survey, eight influencing factors of two dimensions affecting technological innovation ability are constructed, and an evaluation model for rural new energy technological innovation in Jiangsu province is established. This article employs the DEMATEL method to further study the interrelationships between the influencing factors, and figures out the key factors involving government intervention, talents and technology and innovation, so as to propose three major upgrade strategies: the government should play an intervention role, the company itself to increase talent and technology investment, and pay attention to the new energy industry production and research.
