论乡贤文化在农村重大突发公共事件中的时代价值

The Contemporary Value of the Rural Talents Culturein the Major Public Emergencies in Rural Areas

摘要: 乡贤文化根植于乡土社会，是我国几千年来乡村治理智慧的结晶。突发公共事件给农村社会秩序带来极大的冲击，很大程度上影响中国农村的发展进程。乡贤文化在处置农村突发公共事件中发挥诸多积极作用，但同时也存在一定的局限性，努力激活乡贤文化在新战略地位时代农村突发重大公共事件处置中的积极影响具有极强的现实意义。

Abstract: The culture of rural talents is rooted in the local society, which is the crystallization of the wisdom of rural governance in China for thousands of years. Sudden public events have great impact on the rural social order, and to a large extent affect the development of rural China. The culture of rural talents has played a lot of positive roles in dealing with public emergencies in rural areas, but at the same time it has certain limitations, it is of great practical significance to activate the positive influence of the local talent culture in the new strategic position times.
