团体标准在烟农专业合作社的建立与实践

摘要: 在烤烟产业发展转型升级、向高质量发展的关键阶段，烟农专业合作社在烤烟生产专业化服务、减工降本、助农增收，推进烤烟产业高质量发展方面发挥了重要作用，烟农专业合作社不断发展壮大。本文介绍了国内外烟农合作社建设发展情况，分析了当前阻碍烟农专业合作社发展的一些问题，阐述了构建云南省石林彝族自治县烟农专业合作社团体标准的背景，总结了团体标准在石林县烟农专业合作社的实践经验，得出在烟农专业合作社建立团体标准，实施标准化经营管理是解决当前烟农专业合作社发展问题和推进烟农专业合作社发展转型升级、高质量发展的有效途径的基本结论。

Abstract: With the deepening of the socialist market economy, it is an inevitable trend to promote the modernization and standardization of agricultural development. As an important part of Yunnan’ s agricultural structure, the tobacco industry is a basic source of farmers’ income. In order to help the tobacco farmers get a higher income, and improve the overall quality of industry development, the tobacco grower cooperatives in Shilin Branch of Kunming rely on social organization standards, and the strong foundation and the promotion of norms will benefit the vast majority of tobacco farmers.
