福建省现代循环农业发展评价指标体系构建与应用

Construction and Application of Evaluation Index System for Modern Circulating Agriculture Development in Fujian Province

  • 摘要: 通过Delphi法,从经济效益与生态效益两方面,构建福建省现代循环农业发展评价指标体系。并基于2007—2017年的时间序列数据,运用熵权法对福建省现代循环农业发展水平进行评价。结果表明:使用熵权法对多指标体系的现代循环农业发展情况进行评价,得到更为准确的结果,弥补了评价过程中的主观性带来的误差;2007—2017年福建省现代循环农业发展较快,经济效益取得较大的成果;福建省原生态环境优越,但农村的卫生安全还相对落后,直接制约了现代循环农业的发展。

     

    Abstract: Through Delphi method, from two aspects of economic and ecological benefits, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of modern circulating agriculture development in Fujian Province. Based on the time series data from 2007 to 2017, the development level of modern circulating agriculture in Fujian Province was evaluated by the method of entropy weight. The result showed that it is more accurate to use entropy weight method to evaluate the development of modern circulating agriculture with multi-index system, which made up for the errors caused by subjectivity in the evaluation process. From 2007 to 2017, modern circulating agriculture in Fujian Province had developed rapidly, and its economic benefits had achieved great results. The original ecological environment of Fujian Province was superior, but the safety of public health was still relatively backward, which directly restricts the development of modern circulating agriculture.
