基于AHP-FCE模型的鲜切花产业数字化发展水平测度研究以云南鲜切花产业为例

Measurement of Digital Development Level of Fresh Cut Flower Industry Based on AHP-FCE Model:Taking Fresh Cut Flower Industry in Yunnan as An Example

  • 摘要: 数字化是农业产业未来发展的重要支撑。鲜切花是一种对时效性要求较高的经济作物,对产业数字化转型发展有着很迫切的需求。云南被称为亚洲的花都,是鲜切花生产与交易的集散地,研究云南鲜切花产业数字化水平,对其他地方的鲜切花产业及相关农业产业的数字化发展具有一定的借鉴价值和意义。本文从基础信息数字化、生产过程数字化、市场及销售信息数字化、物流信息数字化和政务信息数字化五个方面构建鲜切花产业数字化发展水平的测度体系,并以云南鲜切花产业数字化进程为例,采用AHP-FCE模型测量云南鲜切花产业数字化发展水平。经过测量,发现云南鲜切花产业基础信息数字化、市场及销售信息数字化、物流信息数字化和政务信息数字化均属于中等水平,而生产过程数字化属于低水平,整体数字化发展综合水平处于中等水平。针对测度结果,提出推进鲜切花产业基础信息数字化,推进鲜切花生产过程数字化转型,加快三四线城市鲜切花市场及销售信息的共建共享,加强冷链物流信息数字化建设,推动政务数字化转型等对策建议。

     

    Abstract: Digitization is the future of agricultural industry. Fresh cut flower is a kind of commodities that based on accuracy, timeliness and safety. And it has a very urgent demand for the digital development. Yunnan is known as the flower capital of Asia and the distribution center of fresh cut flower production. It has certain reference value and significance to study the digital level of fresh cut flower industry in Yunnan, especially for the related agricultural industries in other places. In this paper, it is constructed a measurement system for the digital development level of fresh cut flower industry from five aspects: infrastructure digitization, production digitization, market digitization, logistics digitization and government digitization. Taking the digitization process of Yunnan fresh cut flower industry as an example, AHP-FCE model is used to measure the digital development level of Yunnan fresh cut flower industry. It is found that the comprehensive level of digital development of Yunnan fresh cut flower industry is at the medium level. And infrastructure digitization, market digitization, logistics digitization and government digitization are at the medium level. Production digitization is at the poor level. Based on this, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from five dimensions. The first is to promote the digitization of basic information of fresh cut flower industry; The second is to promote the digital transformation of fresh cut flower production process; the Third is to accelerate the co construction and sharing of fresh cut flower market and sales information in the third and fourth tier cities; the fourth is strengthen the digital construction of cold chain logistics information; The fifth is to promote the digital transformation of government affairs.
