Abstract: By using social ecology analysis, the article points out that the social ecology system of the CPC in power includes two parts,both life system and environment system,meanwhile assumes that this system is a opening linear system with input,output and feedback. By using engineering cybernetics, the author analyzes interaction and functional relation of two parts of this system, establishes mathematical model,and explains political meaning of the model.
