Abstract: Taking Y community of Yongsheng County in Yunnan as an example, this paper analyzes the plight and needs of children in this community from the perspective of children’ s social work, puts forward specific strategies such as resources link, introduction of professional methods and local politics advocacy, and discusses the feasible direction and paths for social work to intervene in resettlement communities in ethnic areas, it has reference significance for social work to participate in targeted poverty alleviation.
