Innovation of Rural Talent Introduction Mode Based on ERG Theory: A Case Study of Four Cities in Yunnan Province

  • Talent revitalization is the underlying logic and decisive factor in achieving rural revitalization. Since the 19th National Congress of the CPC put forward the strategy of comprehensively promote rural vitalization, with regard to the talent revitalization, various prefectures and cities in Yunnan Province had launched exploration and practice, and had achieved some beneficial results and experiences. However, as far as the implementation of the policy system and the specific implementation effect were concerned, there were still a number of practical problems and constraints to be solved. This paper investigated the current situation and problems in the rural talent introduction of four cities in Yunnan Province by utilizing the method of “dissecting the sparrow” , and analyzed and discussed the ideas and strategies that were more in line with the rural reality and more conducive to achieving the goal of rural talent introduction by using ERG theory, then put forward a new model of “three in one” rural talent introduction, that was, establishing a correct outlook on rural talent, creating a cultural ecology of “respect for talents” and establishing a sound mechanism for rural talents to act according to the needs of the countryside.
