Abstract: By compiling a questionnaire to make an investigation into the motivation for learning and design of curriculum for students majoring in agricultural science，we have learned different types of their motivations and analyzed their demands and suggestions on the design of curriculum，and then we illustrate the ideas on the components of reasonable knowledge structures，methods of stimulating their motivation and scientific design of their curriculum.
