Abstract: With the increasing popularity of Internet，more and more teachers become Internet users and get lesson plans，software，pictures，videos and other kinds of basic education materials.This paper analyzes the Internet information needs of teachers，integrates many ways and means of access to Internet information to cover the vast demand of teachers，and constructs an indepth，accuracy and validity threedimensional structure of Internet information obtaining，provides new concepts and ideas of Internet information excavation for teachers.
