A Quantitative Concession Period Modelfor Build-Operate-Transfer Contract Project on SurelyBalanced Method

  • 摘要: 在基础设施需求随经济增长不断增加的情况下，运用BOT模式进行基础设施建设日益流行。对影响BOT项目成败的特许期进行研究，十分必要。在分析BOT项目特许期的影响因素和经济内涵的基础上，提出基于肯定当量法的BOT项目特许期决策模型，为BOT项目特许期的决策提供一个新的思路。

     

    Abstract: It is increasingly popular that using the buildoperatetransfer of the building of infrastructure nowadays in China.It is necessary to make a study about the concession period which is an important factor of the BOT projects.This paper first analyzes the impact of the concession period and the basis of economic connotation，and then proposes a new way about the decisionmaking of the concession period of BOT projects，which is based on SurelyBalanced Method.
