摘要: 利益冲突是一个社会普遍存在并且也是正常的现象，但当前社会利益冲突有扩大之势。认真分析各种利益冲突产生的原因，才能有效化解冲突与矛盾，构建社会主义和谐社会。

Abstract: Conflict of interest is a widespread social phenomenon and it is normal.But presently conflict in interests of the community has the potential to expandOnly careful analysis of the causes of interest conflict can lead to effectively resolving conflicts and contradictions，and building a harmonious socialist society.
